About me!

I am an actor trainer, acting coach, stage director and intimacy coordinator. Born and raised in Nynäshamns kommun in Sweden and with roots in Skåne. My passion for the art of acting started in early days when I, only five years old and with full focus, studied the actors on TV  followed by an attempt to do exactly the same.  My mamma, pappa and big sister was my patient audience (bless them).

1995, many years later and after several roles in different theatre productions I left Sweden to live in China for a year which became 21 years and four more counties (Morocco, India, Malaysia, and England). I left with a nearly empty suitcase and came back with a one full of unique experiences of working in different cultures and with talented international theatre practitioners.  Over the years I have trained actors for screen and stage as well as direct productions at performing arts centres, with theatre companies, at universities and drama school.

I hold an MA in Actor Training and Coaching from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama where I also has studied directing. I  have also studied Dramaturgy at RADA, hold a B.Sc. in Education and a Diploma in Applied Theatre.. My studies together with my years of work experience has given me the opportunity to create my own approach to actor training, rooted in the knowledge and understanding of the performing arts. My research interest focuses on the actor’s stage presence and the embodied artistic process in educational context, professional development and in rehearsals.

The video demonstrates the programme I have studied – MA / MFA course in Actor Training and Coaching at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
